Some suppliers are unable to offer bunkers in the ARA hub, Gibraltar and Las Palmas due to the IT outage, two traders confirmed.

Offer validities were not impacted, a bunker trader said, adding that a couple of suppliers in the ARA could not provide offers due to the issue. 

Another trader confirmed that the outage also disrupted supply in Gibraltar and Las Palmas. Some suppliers are unable to offer as their systems are down, the trader told ENGINE. 

No impact on bunkering was felt in Singapore, the Middle East, Zhoushan, Portugal, Hong Kong and Malta, according to traders.

The global IT outage on Friday has brought businesses worldwide to a temporary halt.
