European bunker supplier Northstar has agreed to fully acquire AZURenergies, a bunker supplier serving all ports in France and Monaco.

The collaboration is expected to streamline operations, bunker procurement, and regulatory compliance for both companies.
Following the acquisition, AZURenergies will have access to “financial strength and international experience,” that would position the company to scale up its operational capacity, it said.
Northstar delivers marine fuels like VLSFO and LSMGO across the Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp hub and to nearby ports such as Zeebrugge and Ostend.
