Bavi made landfall on Monday on Rota, the southernmost island of the Marianas, according to the National Weather Service (NWS). The typhoon is now moving across the Pacific towards Taiwan and is forecast to make landfall along China's eastern coast later this week.

Most suppliers remain uncertain about when bunkering operations across Zhoushan will fully resume, the source added.
